Tiger Woods car crash accident is a case of domestic violence? Tiger Woods and wife Elin Nordegren are trying to get their stories straight, while Florida Highway Patrol is now trying to obtain a search warrant to get access to Tiger’s medical records, which can help them assess if his wounds are consistent with the minor car accident or a case of domestic violence.

Tiger Woods wife Elin first told the cops at the scene that she heard the noise from the crash, she came out to see what had happened and went back inside to get a golf club to rescue her husband.

Later, she said she went looking for her husband in a golf cart, saw the accident and used the golf club to break the car window and rescue her husband.

But according to TMZ, Tiger Woods mentioned to a friend that his wife Elin Nordegren attacked him after a heated discussion about his alleged affair with Rachel Uchitel. Then Elin followed him out of the house with a golf club and struck his car causing him to get distracted and hit the hydrant.

If Elin really attacked her husband, she can be arrested for domestic violence.

Tiger Woods has finally released a statement asking for privacy and to defend his wife Elin for all the malicious rumors after the car crash accident. Tiger Woods Official Statement :

“As you all know, I had a single-car accident earlier this week, and sustained some injuries. I have some cuts, bruising and right now I’m pretty sore.

This situation is my fault, and it’s obviously embarrassing to my family and me. I’m human and I’m not perfect. I will certainly make sure this doesn’t happen again.

This is a private matter and I want to keep it that way. Although I understand there is curiosity, the many false, unfounded and malicious rumors that are currently circulating about my family and me are irresponsible.

The only person responsible for the accident is me. My wife, Elin, acted courageously when she saw I was hurt and in trouble. She was the first person to help me. Any other assertion is absolutely false.”

This incident has been stressful and very difficult for Elin, our family and me. I appreciate all the concern and well wishes that we have received. But, I would also ask for some understanding that my family and I deserve some privacy no matter how intrusive some people can be.”

Tiger Woods and his family is having a hard time right now. But the thing is, the more Tiger Woods and wife Elin tries to avoid talking to the police the worse the situation gets. I just hope that Tiger didn’t have an affair. If he did it’s really disappointing. Many people watched over him on television and followed his and Elins romantic marriage. It was nice to think that a man such as Tiger with all his fame was an extraordinary husband that he had eyes only for one woman, his wife. For now, I will keep in mind that Tiger Woods is innocent until proven guilty.
