Theo Smalling - Theo Smalling remained in a critical condition after he was shot by Dominique Devon Smith, last October 24 and Theo Smalling died on Sunday night, October 25.

Theo Smalling was shot on his 22nd birthday in the early hours of the morning who went to Hampton to play basketball. He was shot at the 2000 block of West Mercury Boulevard.

Meanwhile, Dominique Smith, 21, was charged on Saturday, for reckless handling of a dangerous firearm. Theo Smalling was a senior forward from Tampa, Florida. And he was the captain of Hampton University men’s basketball team.
