Some people say that the best way to recover is love. George Michael obviously follows this advice in attempt to recover fully from last year’s pneumonia. His boyfriend Fadi Fawaz posted some pictures from their sunny vacation and wrote a simple tweet: ‘Isn’t he cute?!’
