Shaniya Davis – This is truly very sad and a terrifying news to hear. Shaniya Davis autopsy report revealed that the precious little girl was raped. And Shaniya Davis cause of death — Asphyxiation.

What is Asphyxiation? Definition of Asphyxiation on the web means, suffocation: the condition of being deprived of oxygen (as by having breathing stopped); “asphyxiation is sometimes used as a form of torture.”

Suspect Mario Andrette McNeill was charged with rape and first degree murder in addition to first degree kidnapping charges.

He has been kept in isolation since he surrendered to authorities on November 13, 2009, after he was shown on video carrying Shaniya Davis in a hotel.

Shaniya Davis’ mother, Antoinette Nicole Davis faces charges of human trafficking, and child abuse involving prostitution.

After knowing Shaniya Davis cause of death, I still could not imagine how her own mother could do this to her own child. Report says, that her mother Antoinette Davis gave her daughter Shaniya to Mario McNeill as a way to pay off unpaid drug debts.

Poor Shaniya… I know this is wrong but, no punishment is harsh enough for Antoinette Davis and Mario McNeill.
