Actor Nicolas Cage is broke. He might be one of the highest paid actors in Hollywood but he is currently facing major financial problems, owing $6.3 million in back taxes, after being ripped off millions of dollars by his longtime business manager, Samuel J. Levin.

Levin started working for the actor back in 2001, but Nicolas claimed he only recently learned how bad his financial situation was and already started selling several properties.

Cage has begun selling his possessions, such as his Bavarian castle and homes in California, Las Vegas and New Orleans.

According to a lawsuit filed on October 16, Levin “lined his [own] pockets with several million dollars in business management fees while Nicolas Cage broke down to a path towards financial ruin.”

He said, he “relied on Levin to handle his financial affairs to ensure that he and his family would have a financially secure future built on the foundation Nicolas Cage earned through years of hard work.”

The lawsuit further alleges that due to Levin sucking, Nick Cage broke is now forced to sell major assets and investments at a significant loss and is faced with huge tax liabilities because of this incompetence, misrepresentations and recklessness.”

Nick Cage broke should be a lesson. You can’t really trust anyone these days, especially when you have too much money! If Nicolas Cage is guilty of anything it is being too trusting of his manager.
