Naruto Shippuden 145 – Previous Events
The previous episode of naruto shippuuden is entitled the Wanderer. The episode focuses on the danger set forth upon the keepers of the forbidden jutsu. The village of the keepers is being penetrated by unordinary ninja and with this, the hidden leaf village was informed about it. The keepers of the forbidden jutsu has set numerous traps in order to protect their possession. But the enemies were able to evade these traps and are fast approaching. With these, the villains have further realized that to set such traps only means that they are protecting something that is really valuable. Their leader even stated that going through the extremes to protect something is proof of its value. It is really awesome to watch Naruto Shippuuden 145 now that we know something about the previous episode. In addition to this, the penetrators have already broken the barrier and were able to pass the deep hole. Now, the old man from the village have asked lady Hotaru to take the forbidden jutsu and must leave immediately together with Utakata and escape to their hidden village in order to protect what her grandfather passed down to them. Hotaru refused to leave if the old man will not come with them. But with danger fast approaching, the old man named Tonbei insisted and promised that he will follow immediately.

Meanwhile, back in the hidden leaf village, lady Tsunade has received the alarm sent by Tonbei. She have sent Katsuyo immediately to find Naruto and his team because of this emergency. I guess we won’t see the akatsuki for now in Naruto Shippuuden 145 because Naruto and his team are being called for a very important mission. It was explained in these episode that during the third great ninja war, a certain jutsu passed down by En no Gyoja, the leader of the Tsuchigumo Clan and wiped out the entire village. The third hokage demanded that such destructive jutsu must be classified as a forbidden jutsu. And in exchange, the hidden leaf will provide aid to the Tsuchigumo clan in time of danger. This was the treaty that was agreed upon. Tsunade knows that whoever is attacking the Tsuchigumo clan is after their forbidden jutsu and they must prevent these thieve from acquiring the hidden jutsu at all cost.

Going back, the thieves have already reached the fort and Tonbei was there to stop them. Unfortunately, Tonbei was defeated so easily but still, he was able to buy time for lady Hotaru and Utakata to escape. Meanwhile, Team 7 is now on their way to the village of the Tsuchigumo clan and on their way, they found the remains of weapons caused by the disruption of the traps. Meanwhile, the four thieves are forcing Tonbei to tell them where is the forbidden jutsu but Tonbei refused to tell them. But the leader of the thieves is intelligent enough to realize that the grand daughter of En no Gyoja posses the forbidden jutsu and that the old man let them escape. He also realized that they run out of time and that they would be having an interference. I am as excited as everyone else to watch Naruto Shippuden 145. Team 7 has finally arrived but the villains were already gone. Yamato ordered Sai to see if there are still others around the perimeter while Sakura is healing the wounded Tonbei. At last, Tonbei was able to speak and told them that lady Hotaru. Yamato, Naruto and Sai left Sakura to tender to the wounds of Tonbei while they follow Hotaru to make sure that she is safe. Meanwhile, lady Hotaru asked Utakata if he would teach her jutsu after they reached the hidden leaf village. Utakata answered that he does not recall teaching her any jutsu. Hotaru told him that back at the fort he taught him many things.

Now team 7 have reached Hotaru and for no clear reasons, Naruto began to attack Utakata and said to stay away from Hotaru. I guess he thought that Utakata was the enemy, what a hard headed naruto lol. Naruto was about the give Utakata a big blow but good thing Hotaru screamed out that he was not the enemy. Whew, that was a close one for Naruto. Yamato apologized for naruto being excited and jumping over conclusions. With this event, Utakata realized that lady Hotaru would be safe as long as she is with Team 7 and he left.
