Sniper John Allen Muhammad who has been convicted of killing 10 people and leaving 6 more people wounded in Beltway Sniper attacked for October 9, 2002 was scheduled to be executed on November 10. After he was been sentenced to death in Virginia in 2004 followers of the case wait for this day to come, this may the time for justice especially for those left behind and love ones of those innocent victims of this craziest killing. Lethal injection will be executed in the morning at Prince William County Circuit Court. Even though his defense attorney make appeal for clemency which will result to a lesser punishment, Tim Kaine’s who will review and approve the case for clemency has been quite clear that he would not grant a clemency for John Allen Muhammad.
John Allen Muhammad was married to Mildred to whom he had three children. The former wife expressly told press that she no longer feels anything for him, she just been worried about what their children are going through. She reveals that before the sniper killing their relationship was already on a rocky road, she left John Allen Muhammad for her safety since the latter became abusive.
Looking back on the case, it was Lee Boyd Malvo convicted for life sentence, the accomplice of the terrorized shooting was the way to trace the Sniper Muhammad. Base on Malvo statement after the September 11 terrorist attacked, the two decided to go to domestic terrorism. They then plan to kill six white people a day in 30 days, imagined if they were able to accomplish the plan? John Allen Muhammad got the expertise to shoot a weapon in the Louisiana National Guard and qualified as n expert rifle shooter. Some link the idea of killing innocent people was started at the time Muhammad converted as Nation of Islam. He may be misinterpreted jihadist idea that infects more of Fundamentalist terrorism all over the world.
