GI Joe – The Rise of Cobra – Movie

GI Joe the movie features many of the original characters from the G.I. Joe comics and cartoon series. Some features of the original characters were changed like their outfit but still resembles their cartoon or comic counterparts. The movie will be directed by Stephen Sommers also the director of The Mummy: Tomb of The Dragon Emperor and Van Helsing and Scorpion King.Here are some pictures from the much anticipated movie GI Joe The Rise of Cobra. The said movie will be on the big screen this August 7th, 2009.

This is Snake Eyes’ suit in the movie. Definitely looks like an upgrade from the cartoon. I do prefer the black over the blue. The actor playing Snake Eyes is Ray Park who played Darth Maul in Star Wars: “The Phantom Menace”.
