The trainor of the undisputed pound for pound boxer in the world is now after Floyd Mayweather Jr. Freddie Roach want’s his champion Manny Pacquiao who recently beat up Miguel Cotto in a match where the WBO Welter Weight Championship belt was at stake.
In the recent fight of Pacman against Miguel Cotto, many expected Pacquiao to be beaten up by Miguel Cotto where Cotto was known for his power punches. Many were shocked by the outcome just a few days ago in the biggest boxing fight of the year when Manny Pacquiao dominated Cotto in almost all rounds. Pacquiao was able to knock down Cotto twice by his powerful left arm punch that brought Cotto down on his knees. A lot of Puerto Ricans were disappointed with how Cotto handled the fight but what the heck, the guy took his defeat as graciously and well mannered as he is. Miguel Cotto had admitted that Pacquiao is simply to much for him to handle when he had an interview after the fight. Pacquiao was also interviewed and was asked who he wants to fight next in the ring. Pacquiao was very careful in his choice of words and said that it was up to his promoters who they will have for him to fight. But this is not the case with his coach Freddie Roach when he said that the people wanted Mayweather and so he will go after Floyd Mayweather Jr. It is just a matter of time my dear boxing friends for us to see such a great match probably by second quarter of 2010. Freddie Roach is now on the run going after Floyd Mayweather Jr. to sign the contract to fight Manny Pacquiao. It is said that if this match will take place, it will surpass the highest paper view record which was set by Oscar Dela Hoya and Floyd Mayweather fight which accumulated to a whopping 2.5 million paper views. Now Floyd Mayweather is being pursuaded to fight Manny Pacquiao to know which is the best pound for pound fighter in the world. Floyd Mayweather Jr. is still undefeated until now and according to Freddie Roach, he already has plans for Pacquiao’s training that would enable pacquiao to beat the crap out of Mayweather and remove his arrogance. Unfortunately, both promoter Bob Arum and Trainor Freddie Roach knows about the bad attitude of Floyd Mayweather and they are now preparing for a hard negotiation with him. Knowin Floyd, he will insist on a bigger share than Pacquiao but Manny has all the aces and besides, if the negotiation will not be closed, Freddie Roach has other options where Pacquiao could fight the winner on the fight between Shane Mosley vs Andre Berto. On the other hand, Juan Manuel Marquez is also challenging Pacquiao for a rematch. Now then, what was the finally word of Roach to Mayweather after Mayweather told reporters that Roach would be an awful coach if he does not have pacquiao. Ah yes, “Floyd, go F..ck yourself, that’s all I have to say to him, and his dysfunctional family.“
