This is the main reason why Filipinos’ are the first choice for the job. Filipinos’ have the brains, skills and talent but there is still one trait that they need to improve and that is the lack of self-confidence.
Most Filipinos’ think that we are not as competitive as other nationalities but to be honest, they are as competitive and often times much more competitive than their foreign counterparts.
