Elin Nordegren, Golf pro Tiger Woods’ ex-wife has bought a $12.2 million beach-front property in North Palm Beach, Florida, just 10 miles from Tiger’s new house. Check out the photo of the stunning mansion below.
According to Palm Beach County records, Elin Nordegren bought the two-story mansion that was originally built in 1932 and has a staggering eight bathrooms and a 4,700-square-foot basement. Not only is Elin’s new home a sprawling 17,000 square feet, but it’s located just 10 miles south of Tiger’s new compound in Jupiter Island, Florida. While Woods’ new 12-acre $50-million home includes a 6,400-square-foot gym/media room/bar, an elevator, a reflecting pond, a lap pool, and a 3.5 acre practice facility, which features four greens, six bunkers with different depths and kinds of sand, a video center and a putting studio.
Elin Nordegren and Tiger Woods finalized their divorce in August 2010. They agreed to live near one another for the sake of their children, Sam and Charlie.
