Saikyō no shinigami, tanjo which when translated into english is Dark History! The Worst Shinigami is Born. Based on the title of bleach 251, it seems that the most powerful shinigami has been freed up from its seal and worst comes to worst, destruction will follow in the soul society as well as in the real world.
