Becky Griggs – Imagine a weight loss from 352 pounds to 52 pounds? An incredibly 200 pounds that anyone can’t imagine was happened to this one of Prevention Magazine Health Finalist. A search for healthy individual who have a dramatic change on their physical appearance and eating lifestyle was been organized to gather inspirational message and example for those who are disappointed on how they look, how they feel and for those who are losing hope in dropping their weight. Every contestant have the opportunity to help their most loved charity if they will win the contest, their favorite charity will receive $5000 of their $10000 prize of their winnings.

Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund is the charity chosen by Becky Griggs.

“When (If) I win this contest I will be giving all the proceeds to the Injured Marine Semper Fi Fund. My son is a Marine stationed at 29 Palms in CA. This charity is dear to my heart for what they do to help our wounded heroes” Becky Griggs.

Like others she also fined ways how to drop weights when she feels big already weighing 352 pounds. She started joining a health club where she only attended once and never go back for 6 months. She was also attended a popular diet centers bi-weekly for weigh-ins and tried following their program but end unsuccessful. It was in 2003 that she decided to become a healthy, from her experienced she knew that diet alone will not help her. She joined a gym, hired a trainer to guide her and cleaned up her nutrition. From then a consistent weight loss exist until she end up having an incredibly 52 pounds.
