Adam Lambert Controversy- The Adam Lambert Controversy has gone too far. Even Adam Lambert admits he got carried away with his “not so wholesome performance” on American Music Award, still he’s offering no apology.

The controversial American Idol Adam Lambert does not apologize for his “outlandish” AMA performance, instead, he actually defends himself, explaining that he is an entertainer and not a babysitter at the CBS ‘Early Show’ on Wednesday following the cancellation of his scheduled appearance on ‘Good Morning America.’

Due to Adam Lambert Controversy at the AMA’s Sunday night performance, ABC’s “Good Morning America” canceled his scheduled appearance late yesterday. So, CBS’ “The Early Show” booked Adam Lambert as a guest and give him an opportunity to entertain early morning television audience.

In the interview with Maggie Rodriguez, Lambert said the outrage after his AMA performance was a “double whammy.”

“I think it’s because I’m a gay male and I think people haven’t seen that before,” said Lambert.

Asked if he would do anything differently, Lambert laughed and said, “I would sing it a little bit better.” Lambert then assured parents watching that his morning show concert “is appropriate, I promise.”

Adam Lambert also declared on the CBS show, that he get carried away but, he don’t see anything wrong with it.

“I do see how people got offended and that was not my intention. My intention was to interpret the lyrics of my song and have a good time with it.”

He also added about Janet Jackson crotch grab yet, he haven’t heard one peep about that.

“If it had been a female pop performer doing [those] moves that were on the stage, I don’t think there would be nearly as much of an outrage.”

And for the little children who might have been watching Adam Lambert controversial performance, he said :

“I think it’s up to the parents to discern what their child’s watching on television. I’m not a baby sitter. I’m a performer.”

Adam Lambert got that right. But I guess, “sensible behavior” might be the term he need to learn.

Again, I have nothing against Adam Lambert being gay. But the American Music Awards are about honoring talented performers not outlandish performance. Its about music.

Understand something here, society and civilization is not about how outlandish one can be. Adam Lambert has every right and freedom to show all his artsy, but the fact remains that as an entertainer he should know that he should not expect everyone watching the AMA is to be over 18 years old or mature enough to understand his performance.

That is to say simply, that this is not all about “discrimination” sometimes we just have to see things in a different angle.

If Adam Lambert controversy wishes to be Extreme and Different then don’t blame people for treating him different. If he wishes to act outlandish then don’t be surprised when people treat you outlandish
